Terms of Use
1. Planning tool
Profitalyzer provides calculators, forecasts, comparisons and related tools for informational and planning purposes. Outputs are estimates based on user inputs, presets and assumptions. They are not accounting, audit, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice.
2. Verification
Tax rules, financing rules, exchange rates and business circumstances change. You are responsible for checking important decisions with relevant authorities and qualified professionals before relying on an output.
3. Accounts and saving
An account is not required to use the core tools. An account is required when you choose to save supported forecasts, budgets, calculations or comparisons to Profitalyzer so they can be reopened later or on another device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Free-plan limits
Profitalyzer may limit the number of businesses, saved items, forecast snapshots, storage and request frequency to prevent abuse and control service cost. Current limits are shown in the Account page and may change as the service develops. Core manual tools remain separate from cloud-save limits.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass limits, access another user's account or data, probe private administration interfaces, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected account data, or use Profitalyzer unlawfully.
6. Availability
Profitalyzer may change, suspend or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep independent copies of information that is important to you.
7. Intellectual property
Profitalyzer's branding, original interface and software are protected to the extent available under applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Profitalyzer intellectual property.
8. User data
Your use of account and saved-work features is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Profitalyzer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and is not responsible for business decisions made solely in reliance on estimates generated by the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an updated effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law; additional consent will be requested where required.
Launch note: Have these Terms reviewed for the jurisdiction in which you operate Profitalyzer before monetization or a broad commercial launch.
